Saffron Walden Camera Practical Session on Zoom

Last night was good fun on zoom I had wonder around the house looking for Mundane object. The topic was the "Beauty of Mundane." It was useful to have couple weeks to prepare and practice. I had to get the dictionary out so I looked up Mundane which means Dull and lack of interest so I thought Ironing board and loo roll holder. So I went to my friends at CCC for advice they said I was taking it to literally. And they said think of the christmas quiz picture round with everyday items.

Then one of my friends found a good quote “The camera should be used for a recording of life, for rendering the very substance and quintessence of the thing itself, whether it be polished steel or palpitating flesh.” – Edward Weston. So that got me thinking even more.

So I tried different techniques when I practiced. In the actual meeting I took 3-4 pictures.
